We want every LTGO member to feel comfortable arranging a round and talking with other golfers.

Report or block in the app

Use the Report action beside a round, comment, direct message, or Group message. You can also block a member from their profile or from a report screen. Reports enter a private review queue.

Contact support

Email support@ltgo.app. Include the email on your LTGO account and a short description. Do not send passwords or payment information.

What happens next

• We review reports and preserve an audit record.
• We may remove content, restrict an account, or contact involved members.
• We will acknowledge safety reports as promptly as practical.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. LTGO support is not an emergency service.
